Default Looking for a chord chart ex: I IV V

Once upon a time there was a chord chart somebody had posted, that had the progression and what chord went with it, but I'm not having any luck finding it. I lost it and was hoping somebody somewhere had something thanks .

I'm not sure what you're looking for, but the circle of fifths shows the I-IV-V linkage. Here's one:

and here's a discussion of this interesting diagram:

Other progressions like II-V-I and VI-II-V-I are also illustrated nicely on the Co5.

evolute,

Might you specifically be referring to a chart that Larry (ljguitar) posted called Common Keys and Chord Progressions? It included

I IV V I
I ii V I
I vi IV V
I vi ii V
I IV vi V
I V vi IV

The specific chords in 5 keys of each progression were listed and Larry uses it in his lessons. Later in the thread, someone corrected a few errors.
I searched but couldn't find the thread, but did print out that chart.

If that's it, you may want to pm Larry for it.

I think it is better to learn the formulae to build major and minor scales, so that you don't need a chord chart.
Also, if you know how to build Tonic, Sub-dominant and Dominant chords, then you would never require a chart !

Here is an interesting site discussing how to create chord progressions.
