matthewpatrick,
I just checked and I can see all the linked photos on chrome, safari, firefox, internet explorer, and on mobile devices.

Is anyone else having a problem seeing the photos?

I love the sound almost as much as the look - and since it's about as pretty as it gets, that's saying a lot!

Chris, did you put any kind of color on that top other than the pore-filler and the finish? It really darkened up amazingly. I've always thought redwood was pretty but this is the best I've ever seen.

SJ VanSandt,
I am glad you like the look and sound of the guitar. This is always a unique combination and one that I truly enjoy.

The top has a seal coat which carries a little bit of amber and then the finish. No other color was applied to the guitar in any way. I like to allow the natural beauty of the wood to speak.

Hello Chris Ensor, beautiful guitar. I really like this style of cutaway. I have always preferred florentine cutaway, but I like the way yours goes straight out.

A few weeks ago I was one your website and I was amazed by your Zebrawood & Sitka Spruce Guitar inspired by the Yashika-mat camera. I was trying to post pics here but could not. Anyhow, wonderful guitar and the first adjustable sound-hole that I have ever seen, let alone how you made it work! A marvel of the mind and body I would say, to conceive it and then bring it forth. People really should check it out.

Carbonius,
I am glad you took some time to explore my website. The zebrawood & sitka guitar (nicknamed "the control freak") that I built was a fun project. It took about a year to take the aperture idea from concept, through design, testing, and then implementing it. As if guitar building isn't hard enough right?!
