Default I got a Buck this morning. Pics inside.

At 70 MPH. Fortunately damage not too bad. But bad enough. It'll cost me several hundred dollars. And that's just for parts and me fixin it myself.

Our interstate speed here is 80, regular highways are 65. 70 wouldn't be excessive around these parts.

Lol. They really should move those crossings to better spots. Too many deer are getting hit there.

The problem is, the deer can't read.

I figured you would have had it butchered and in the freezer asap.

Not too bad damage for a 70mph hit.

Ours have yellow lights that start flashing - all they have to do when they want to cross is push a button with their noses which gets the lights going. Some of them can't seem to understand it though and still get hit between the crossings every now an again.

I cannot believe that is all the damage that occurred at 70Mph! The deer must have been running in the same direction. My friend's BMW was totaled after hitting a deer at much less speed (50mph or less if I recall). Of course, it may have been a bigger deer too.

Glad you are ok.
