Default No guitar this Christmas...

I bought 3 this summer...BUT......I picked out my present today. An AR-15 in 5.56. Pretty nice looking piece.

Well executed. I have the sport/nato smith and Wesson and mine has been very reliable, no problems. I would advice if your going to use it and carry through brush and woods to frog lube it when you get it. I had a 15-22 that saw issues ejecting shells but some new lube fixed it

Well, I understand that gold, frankincense, and myrrh are not really fashionable gifts anymore. But an AR15?

Don't worry,I strip every new gun I get and clean and lube it.

I got nothing last year. I must of been bad. A firearm has always been a Christmas present.

Just curious. What do you plan to do with it? For example, I have a very wealthy client that sleeps with one hidden under his bed, so for him it's purpose is home protection.
