Default Props to Sweetwater

Just wanted to say that I had a great experience with Sweetwater.

I had ordered a G7th capo through my rep there - Chris Sonia - and he sent it out in a most timely manner by USPS. As can happen, the USPS said it was delivered, yet for the life of me it did not show up. I called Chris and he reassured me that Sweetwater would do me right if it was not found.

In the meantime, the USPS was moved by my calls to search for the package that, by their records, was delivered - and lo and behold, it was found not delivered!!!! Imagine that!!!

So I did receive it the next day.............

Anyways, I am moved to share with other AGFers that I believe Sweetwater is a great company to do business with; It's my experience that they are a customer centered business worth purchasing from.

Nuff said...

They are great and luckily I live nearby in Ohio. Usually get my orders in twenty four hours with free shipping.

I’m currently negotiating with a Sweetwater rep for a couple of new Taylors, a 6 and 12 string. So far, really nice to deal with. I hope to get what I want for the budget I’ve set for myself and if I do, it’ll be a very good deal. I should know by this afternoon (Thursday).

Just ordered a 00-15 from them yesterday. I was a little nervous buying a guitar without playing it first but their reputation got me past that fear. Glad to hear all the positive comments.

I love Sweetwater. Most of my guitars have come through Sweetwater and I've never been disappointed. When I bought my Taylor 916 from them last year, my sales guy, Chris, made sure I had the guitar Fed Ex'd to me overnight so I had it the next day. Great people to deal with, good prices, great follow up. I'd love to see their facility one day.

Top Quality Products and Impeccable Customer Service! I've purchased from them for over 5 years and never been unhappy. Ryan M has been my rep....

Dan VanAmerongen is my rep, and their customer service is amazing. I recently had a new EV Evolve 50 that had an issue with an input jack, and they sent another unit to me so I could keep using the damaged-yet-functional one until the new one arrived. Sweetwater is a great company and I will buy from them again and again!

By the way, the Evolve 50 is the best of the small line array PAs, and I've owned them all.

Totally agree. Sweetwater is the best. Great service, they always ship quickly, and everything is well packed. I ordered a keyboard with a stand and stool about a year ago. Everything was double boxed. And I assume Sweetwater must have custom made the outer boxes as the ones from the manufacturer (Yamaha) were not common sizes.

If you ever get a chance to visit their campus, do so. It is IMPRESSIVE. Sweetwater knows how to take care of their employees, and it shows in the way they treat the customers.

I made the trek. It was a fair distance but I don't know if there's another place like it anywhere. And their customer service had always been top notch.
