Behringer Ultracoustic ACX1000
I am considering purchasing one (349.99)- and marrying it with a Taylor 914ces.
Observations about the ACX1000, please. jim |

Hey, Jim. I tried one - even took it home. But it never grew on me. I wound up returning it and simply running to the board. Just my opinion - they sure sell a lot of them, so someone must like them. I've been intrigued by these(http://www.americanmusical.com/item-...91003-000.html
They make higher end models - this is their cheapest system. They seem useful and inexpensive.

Thanks Harlon.
Also saw a recommendation to http://www.ultrasoundamps.com/specs.html. Went to your site, impressive. Again, thanks for responding. jim |

For what you're looking at spending, I would suggest Ultrasound. Just take a look at them (at the very least).
I'm personally un-impressed with the Beringer stuff. Regards, DeadHead |

Iuse the ultracoustic ACX 1000. Haven't put it through much, but so far I like it a lot. It has a lot of connectivity, including MIDI, with is rare in that price range.

I hear the Behringer is a copy of the Fender Acoustasonic, which reviewers have called too trebly. I ordered an Ultrasound AG30-DS3 last week, it should be in tomorrow.
