Default lifting bridge problem

I have a lifting bridge that needs repaired on a inexpensive guitar. What is the best/easiest way to repair this? THx

Take it to a good tech who will remove it, clean top and underside of bridge, and reglue it. Not an expensive job, but worth having done properly.

That depends on how bad it's lifting. Mr. Moustache is correct about the correct repair, but sometimes on inexpensive guitars a less expensive alternative may be appropriate.
If it's coming off, then it needs the correct repair.
If the back edge is just lifting a little, working a little glue into the gap and clamping it may work fine.
Take it to someone qualified to evaluate the extent of the lifting and able to execute the appropriate repair.

I sent you a pm, with a link showing how to do it yourself.

Good luck
