1997 Taylor 514c w/ LR Baggs Dual Source
SOLD
Selling another from the closet. Pretty great condition for being 15 years old. Only a couple of nicks in the finish that you cant see unless you hold it into the light. This one feels like my '97 714. This is a great guitar. I love Taylor's cedar topped builds. Comes with the old style Taylor SKB case. Can send it in another Taylor Deluxe case (brown tolex with maroonish interior) for an extra $50. sold

Bump. Just letting yall know that first picture is showing glare on the top. There arent scratches or anything on the top..this guitar is in much better condition than my other Taylor 714. Its like someone bought it in '97 and put it in the case and left it there. Thats how good the condition it is.

Great looking guitar at what I think is a very good price. What type of pickup do I see in the sound hole?

Thats an LR Baggs dual source. Has the mic and preamp inside the guitar with the element as the undersaddle. That control is from the older edition of the pickup. I played it at church yesterday and it felt/sounded amazing. A little more comfortable than my 714 with the anthem pickup.
I hear ya on the 714..I have one and will never let it go. I'd love a 712 maybe from the same year (1997)

Just a bump for ya! I have a 96 so I know how good this guitar is..... I've owned 3 of these over the years. Every time I sold one, I turned around and bought another one cause I just think it's a great guitar. My son has taken it over!!! Gotta talk to that boy!

Thanks Jim. It truly is an amazing guitar. I'm thinking of just keeping it. I think it would look good with the 714. I can be that guy that travels with a 1997 714 and 514. Sounds good.

Bump. I really like this guitar but need to sell it. This is about as low as I can go. I'll cover paypal and shipping. If I cant sell this, I'll have to try and sell my sheryl crow gibson.

Hi,
I am interested in this guitar. I am wondering about where you are located. Where is the dents and dings on this guitar? Wendy |

I am in Corpus Christi, TX. There arent dents or dings on this guitar. It's in great condition. There is some light pickwear on the top but you cant see it unless you hold it in the light.
