I am viewing your post (on an IPad, using Tapatalk app) and think the image size is fine. Details might be lost if it got any smaller, if that's important.

Free download called Photoscape is an excellent, user friendly photo editing program that will help you make you pictures look better in many aspects when you get fluent at it. I find images of about 1000 pixels on the long side show well on the forum. The image you've posted is much too large.

Here's what a 1000 pixel pic looks like...

Why am I getting the 'Disabled log' from Photobucket? I had the photos in the listing initially? What am I doing wrong?

Unhappy

The only thing you're doing wrong is using Photobucket. They are now charging an extortion fee for 3rd party hosting. If you don't pay up, you lose all your photos. Welcome to the digital age!

Imgur is popular... or maybe the AGF app.

Wink

Or, you can attach pics directly to your post. When starting a new post, at the top of the box are many icons, like a word processor. Type your post, then click on the paper clip icon, & attach photo. Really easy once you get used to it.

I've tried this method and gotten as far as choosing the file to upload. After that, nothing happens.

It could be the size of the file. It has to be downsized to 1mg or less. Then click upload, close box, then insert.

By putting a S, M, L or H directly before the “.jpg” to resize the image to be a Small, Medium, Large or Huge thumbnail. If you insert an “H”, it will produce a nice size image.

Your url should look like this — https://i.imgur.com/XxKCS27H.jpg — in your message. It will look like this.

Discovered that same can be done with pictures in your Craigslist postings, since they are hosted there. As described: "The magic is in the [img] and [/img] tags that you put around the link to the image."
Just right-click, select "copy image address" and add the tags.

Just checking my understanding of how to post a photo. I will delete the post.

Edited to add the following. Does anyone know whether a paid subscription to Photobucket will eliminate the watermark?
