Default Ac Git: electronic part is buzzing

hi, i am new here: thanks for having me!

first post - first problem: on my new sigma guitars jm-sg45 the fishman sonitone plastic part in the soundhole vibrates when i plug the bass strings. it's a buzzy overdriven tone. it happens when i play acoustically.
if i play a low string and apply a little pressure on the plastic part inside the soundhole the buzzing dissappears. so i am certain it's the plastic part.

could i fix it on my own? maybe by getting the part off and glued on again or should i take it to a pro? anyone expierenced the same with their guitars/electronics?

here's a pic to make it clearer: it's that little black plastic part where the tone and volume controls sit.
