Default First time playing my OX with the band

Last night I brought my Composite Acoustics OX to rehearsal for the first time, running into a Baggs ParaDI into our QSC PA. Everyone loved the sound but thought it had a slightly “steely” top end, so I with the guitar set tonally flat and all the Baggs’ knobs at noon, I rolled back the Presence and Treble knobs to 9:00 and everyone said that was perfect.

Just what is "Presence" in EQ terms? Mids? Highs?

Presence knobs control extreme highs, the “air” above treble.
