I survived the last year and am still sitting up and taking nourishment (which means I can endure just about anything). And, in a few weeks I'll be playing golf and riding my road bike again!

Our condo building of 41 suites is getting a complete re-piping job. It will take about 4 months to do the whole building and they are about half finished. It takes about 20 days of work in each suite but not all will be full days. All is going well, so far. They started on my suite yesterday, so, I'm happy to get that started.

2-15-2018. This afternoon was bright and sunny, with a high just under 80 F. Perfect for a nice long ride in my Polaris Slingshot! Discovered some nice back country roads that led to the quaint little towns of Madison and Greensboro, Georgia. Great chats about my (3) wheels with a couple of Harley riders and a Corvette pilot. Wife and I attended an organ concert by a young man who graduated in organ from Eastman School of Music. She was his first organ teacher. He is incredible, and we are extremely proud! It was a great day!

Absolutely love my new 2018 Subaru Outback Limited. And I'm getting over a bad case of bronchitis.

Sold a guitar. Hopefully that sticks. And I'm sitting on the cash to buy a couple of guitars I want. I may sit awhile though and enjoy the anticipation. Or not.

All seventeen beings in our house are healthy and happy.

All the kids are doing well in school/college and in their part-time jobs.

Last night we attended the most fun school concert ever (and we've been to probably 50)

Got my TiVo fixed! After lots of failed attempts and aggravation, it just needed everything to be shut down and restarted...everything including my modem/router, the moca connection, the Tivo box and all the mini’s.

Frustration be gone!
