Many people are under the misapprehension that seasonal adjustment of the truss rod is HOW action is adjusted. As Charles said, it is actually unusual for a truss rod to need seasonal adjustment, and it is absolutely a mistake to try to adjust action height with it. While it will raise and lower the apparent action, it will also ruin the playability of the instrument. Assuming the relief has remained as it should be, once a guitar has been properly set up, saddle adjustment is the ONLY parameter that should be addressed.
