"Take My Life" Fingerstyle arrangement
So this is my arrangement of the old hymn "Take My life" if you know the melody that's in the majority of hymnals it's much different than this one. This melody was an alternative one I heard on the film "The Thin Red Line" and I fell in love with it, thus we have this arrangement. The little changeup in the melody is my own variation

Yes, I remember it in "The Thin Red Line", great movie, and I really liked this song.
Nicely played, though I think this one is hard to arrange, maybe because choir version stuck in my head. Thanks for sharing, I completely forgot about this song, it's so nice, and there was another great chant in the movie, I need to listen to it now |
