ibanez aw54 with an extra saddle?
I just bought an Ibanez aw54.
why would they put an extra saddle in with the truss rod bag? |

Some maker’s do. Consider it a gift for your tech. To use for your set up.

I had their inexpensive PN15 and that came with spare saddle and bridge pin too. It's the cheapest guitar I've ever owned and was all laminate but it got me back into playing and is one of the only guitars I regret offloading.

Maybe it's a different height to the one fitted? I have had guitars (Taylor?), which included an extra bridge pin and shims with the Allen wrench.

Enjoy your AW54. I just played one of those in a shop last week, and it was by far the least expensive, but far and away the best sounding hog top guitar in the room (and there were some pretty nice ones!).

I suspect you'll find the saddles to be different heights. My Journey came with 2 - 1 for higher action, and 1 for lower. Thoughtful.
