Default Tuner Knob has come off. How to fix?

I have a 12 string acoustic with Waverly tuners and one of the ebony tuner knobs is just turning and not working to adjust the tuner. I tried using epoxy to glue the knob back on but the knob seems to be stripped inside and does not turn the tuner.

The shaft is a square shape.

How can I fix this problem?

Thanks!
Pete

Epoxy or CA (super glue). I tend to use CA to attach knobs.
However......
Stew Mac will replace the tuner no charge.
