Your opinions please on the Kenny Hill New World Player Crossover vs Cervantes
I'm looking at purchasing one of the crossover guitars and my price point is up to $2000. Have any of you played both?

I got a Cervantes Crossover 1 with the spruce top last week. It is an excellent guitar. Much smaller (body size) than I thought it would be. Very easy to play. My other nylon is a Taylor and although they are both 48mm necks the Cervantes takes a bit more care to play starting off for me as the strings seem closer together.
Tone on the Cervantes is superb, can thoroughly reccomend getting one Steve

I can likewise recommend the Hill crossover as a great guitar for the dough (having had one for a while, and seeing the same guitar in the hands of a buddy a couple of times a week) but I have not played a Cervantes crossover.
*Somebody* has to have played both, but it may take a while for that individual to pass by this thread. -MM |
