Default D'Addario Pro-Arte Lightly Polished Composites EJ46LP

I've stuck some of these puppies on my S32J using the quite frankly weird looking composite G string and I have to say I'm rather impressed with them. I think I'll stick with these. The basses sound delicious, funky and fat and have less noise as they are polished. The mids are punchy and full and the G is nice a strong. The trebles are clean and bright but might need a bit more playing in for them to settle down.

All in all I rate them 9.7 out of 10.

I tried a set a few weeks ago and they are still on my guitar and still sounding very very good.

I used to use the EXP's because of their long life but they squeaked a lot.
