Kind of forget what a winter woe is. If you let those sorts of things get to you it might mean some time on the psychologists couch Mary.

Little woes only. Not couch worthy stuff. I am happiest at home eating meals out doors. I prefer not to wear a coat, hat and gloves during the process.

I often make food to take to the wood shop so I can eat with Tim. I turn the heat up and pretend it's warmer outside.

Mate, you are too far from the equator. Dinner with family on our verandah is every day with T shirts all round.

Ohhhhhhhhhhh.. I screwed up the ABC count.
Oh Well.

Sure! Oh, yes. I am creative on some guitars. Our Memphis guitar is bound to be fun for someone.

Wanna come and see it at the Memphis McJam?

Prices on flights to Memphis are just outside my jam budget for now. I didn't notice and it was me who had already done the M. Jim are you paying attention, obviously not

Quaffed a few beverages today and made a discovery that I am not sure I wanted to make. I came across Shunga Jung playing "Dust in the wind" recently and liked it so I started to learn the song, I had never heard of it before. So today I decided to listen to the original by "Kansas" and am wondering now if I should be wearing some sort of ruffle on my clothing and let my hair down when I play it. Now I have to get that image out of my head to continue playing the tune, liked it much more when it was just a solo.

Really beautiful day locally. Temperatures are only to reach 50, but the sun is shining brightly and the skies are blue. Monday and Tuesday it is to be in the low to mid 60's. After that, a cold front. I am thankful what we have each day.

The McJam in Memphis sounds like fun, Mary! I can't make it but I'll be there in spirit.

Under a lowering sky, pressed with long strings of geese, we wait for the first snow storm that will never come... and ready ourselves for another dinner of beets and feta cheese.

Very good. Now we have the image in our heads.
Stripped pants and riffled shirts. Dust in the Wind is still an old favorite here.

Well if you are considering that image, sorry about that. Just to add though, I only ever wear short pants (normally referred to as "shorts" here but did not want to leave that image for you Americans). I am sure if you knew that song way back when, then the image would not be as disturbing as it was for me, but after never seeing it back in the day then seeing it for the first time in 2014 it was a bit twee. Still it is a lovely and quite lively solo.

Jim

All we are is dust in the wind.
