Default Question about weird Bm scale

I'm trying to figure out how this works in the Bm scale.

There a 4 chords (the root does a chromatic descent from root, maj7, min7, maj6)

The chords are: Bm, Bm maj7, Bm7, Bm6

Found a Beatles tune in G with the same chords.

Not an uncommon progression, often encountered in the key of A. Famously, in Oye Como Va.

Seems to me like the mode would have to change every chord. I'm not brilliant with modes, so I would just play B minor and add (or even emphasize) the altered notes.

It's the classic "minor cliche." Happens in 1,000 tunes.

It's just a bit of borrowing from parallel minors. It's called CESH, contrapuntal elaboration on static harmony. But really it just sounds good....

Just a little voice leading. Root stays the same. Often that could be the melody line. Not sure I would even bother naming the chords separately in that case.
You might cycle it, ending in Em-F#-Bm for example.

PHP Code:
            Em F# Bm
2--2--2--2--0--2--x
3
--3--3--3--0--2--3
4
--3--2--1--0--3--4
4
--4--4--x--2--4--4
2
--2--2--2--2--4--2
x
--x--x--x--0--2--

It's an illustration of how the "minor scale" is not a fixed scale, but has variable 6th and 7th degrees. This line exploits all of them (except for the b6, but similar lines, like Rick's, will do that too - Stairway to Heaven, anyone? ).
IOW, not one fixed scale, and not three separate scales. One scale with a couple of movable pitches. Not unlike blues in that respect...

Also called falling 7ths. The same thing can happen with 5ths.

You'll see the same voice movement used in the major key:

Code:
         G GM7 G7 G6
e|---------------------------------------------------------------------------|
B|-------3---------3---------3---------3-------------------------------------|
G|-------4---------4---------4---------4-------------------------------------|
D|-------5---------4---------3---------2-------------------------------------|
A|---------------------------------------------------------------------------|
E|-------3---------3---------3---------3-------------------------------------|
