I Hope the acupuncture continues to help. It has helped me with shoulder issues, and various aches and pains.
If you have not tried Turmeric/black pepper, and Ginger, may I suggest those. Since I started gobbling both on everything and making tea with them I have cut my ibuprofen to almost Zero!
The Ryan sounds like a delicious axe...

I hope I'm not stealing my own thread, but I have had two acupuncture, on my left arm and it decreased the CP symptoms by half. It did come back a bit but I'm waiting for the VA to authorize the treatments to save the $95 dollars a treatment. I usually don't use my VA coverage and use my other medical insurance but they don't cover it.

The cocktail you recommended is now on my list of to do's. I am will to try everything I can before I do surgery.

No, let's sell some fine guitars.......

I can't say because I quick using flatpicks in 1973 after playing a gig at the House of the Raising Sun when hitting a string wrong, i promptly flew out of my hand and into the drink of a women sitting in front of me.

However, it sound great with a thumb pick on it (Slick PICK)
