Default Helping another forum friend

A guy on my banjo forum posed looking for a guitar luthier in Georgia, just north of Atlanta. He also mentioned that he's traveling to Nashville.

In his post, he says he's looking for a luthier to do some evaluation and/or work on his 65 Martin D18. He indicated that the guitar has had numerous repairs done before, some not so professionally. Sounds like he's looking get get it brought up to snuff. Does anybody know a guy who knows a guy?

Check out Jim Grainger at Custom Fretted Instruments and Repair near Sparta Tennessee. He's probably one of the best.
