I'd classify it as 12/8 but you could make a case for 6/8

I'd go with 6/8 for ease of reading and the fact that after about 2 minutes in the phrases really line up with two beat measures.

At least at first I would say 12/8 if you want the to count to fit in one measure, but that is way too much for one measure, so two measures of 6/8 complete an extended phrase. I did not listen beyond the first half minute so as far as I know the count could change latter in the piece.
