Stupid, Stupid Del of the Day -- And Some Help Rationalizing
Jeez, it was bad enough when they put the GPC-28 out there. Now THIS:
http://www.musiciansfriend.com/stupi...cr=2102624_949 Plus they're offering 36-month no-interest financing ($59/mo). And if you need help explaining it to your significant other: https://www.premierguitar.com/articl...rm=PG%20Weekly |

Man that's a good deal, very tempting. I wish I would have saw the GPC-28 deal.

That's a great deal but I've just never liked the Martins that try so hard to look like Taylors.

Obviously, these are not selling well.

Get more than one, keep one, and flip the rest. Problem solved.

I don't think it's due to the fact the they do not sell well as to the fact that the new "reimagined" models are replacing these... I.E. clear out the old stock to replace with the new...

All I see is a cheap Banjo.

Maybe get new glasses? It is a Stupid Deal of the Day, not an unlimited time offer. It changes every day at 8 am Eastern Time. However, many have reported here that if you call up and ask, you can usually get that same deal a few days later.

Thanks for the courteous enlightenment. Next time I'll be sure get out my Earl49 SDOTD timeline decoder pen before posting.

I was thinking about buying one but they sold out.

Today's SDOTD was the Martin Cutaway. They sold (the one or two they had) and replaced the deal with a cheap banjo. Maybe the banjo will scratch that itch...no eye glasses required.

+1 . I suppose that if you want to learn banjo this would be a good deal. If you are starting to think that you need 36 month financing on this $99 purchase...it is time to check yourself into Guitar's Anonymous.
