Default 1994 Collings OM2H Cutaway

SOLD

Twenty years old last summer! I'm the second owner and have had her for 12 years. This one has the standard features of the model - Sitka spruce top,
Indian rosewood back and sides, ebony fingerboard and bridge, herringbone trim, and Waverly tuners. Nut width: 1 11/16", string spacing at saddle: 2 3/16".

This guitar has a good amount of wear, but plays great and is one of the best sounding Collings guitars I've played (many!). It sounds much more like an
old Martin than any new Collings, and, to my ears, misses no tone from having a cutaway.

There is a filled center seam split, a repaired crack in the back next to the midline, wear to the back of the headstock, plenty of minor dings and finish
indentations. Still looks great though, and the top has an excellent aged lacquer patina. There is some fret wear under the B and E strings, but not
too bad. It has an endpin jack, but currently no pickup.

Includes original hard shell case in good condition.

Here's your opportunity to get an outstanding Collings at bargain price. $1750, shipped in the lower 48, paid by Paypal gift.

Default Collings

It arrived a couple days ago. Like me in many respects - old, a bit dinged, a few repairs. Unlike me in others - sounds great, tan, coveted by others. Great seller, even sent a free tuner. Thanks Tim and Happy Holidays.

Thanks Jack! It was a pleasure dealing with you. Happy Holidays to you too, and all AGF'ers.
