Hybrid-picked Carl Miner tune
Couldn't find that other longer thread.
Here's the latest Carl Miner tune I've been working on. It's from a Waterloo WL-12 demo, as well as a Collings D42 demo from TNAG. Such a simple chord progression made hard (for me) with hybrid-picking and my nemesis technique - the thumb-wrapped F. I'm playing my trusty Larrivee OM-40 into Rode NT5 mics. Still plenty more Carl tunes in my 'to learn' list! Tom |

Thanks Phil,
I've got a couple of other guitars that are easier to thumb wrap (1 and 11/16 slimmer necks) but they don't sound as good as the Larrivee! Tom |

Carl Miner is so **** good, and you have really nailed the sound of this one! I'm not very familiar with Larrivee models in general but that one sounds wonderful, happy holiday!

Thanks Albatross! This is my first Larrivee, so I can't speak for the other models, but I'm enjoying playing this one!
