best thing is not to worry about it, i had a series of mini strokes 3 some years ago, thing to do is take your meds right and be active including walks or exercise, what damage was done is done, but a 'full' recovering should be in order

Hey Barry, sorry to hear this. Please, learn all you can about these issues and then take care of yourself the best you can. Nobody else can do it.

I recently have been through numerous appointments with a neurologist about strokes suffered by my aging mother. There's a lot of info there and some things you can do but mostly things you can be aware of.

Best to you, my efriend.

Hi Barry,
Get well soon. Start plotting which guitar you will buy to celebrate your recovery.

Prayers and best wishes. Speedy recovery.

And yes, hug people you love. Tell them you love them. None of us have a lock on tomorrow. Life is short.

I'll be keeping you in my thoughts, Barry, and wishing a full and speedy recovery. My son had a stroke about four and half years ago, at the age of 31, so I know the whole experience can be -- to say the least -- unsettling. My very best to you.

From a holistic point of view, time released Vit. B-3 Niacin and gingko biloba can be preventative. I had a visual stroke in one eye, (it went blind) for about 5 minutes in a Toys R Us store, I think it was instigated by odd blue lights they use. Very, very scary.
Do you have a history of head or neck trauma?
Best wishes for no more occurrences.
