Seagull Performer Q1 LTD**Sale Pending**
I'm the second owner of this guitar and never thought of selling it, but life's plans changed. I need to move 2 to 3 guitars.
The guitar is excellent condition. I can't find any dent of scratches. The saddle has been upgraded to bone. The pins are Tusq with abalone. Gold plated guitar strap pin as well as the input jack nut. FULL DISCLOSURE: When I first got the guitar I emailed Godin looking for info on the guitar because it was stained and it had a "Artist" neck. I was first told that "SF" in the end of the description stood for factory second which didn't make sense because I happen to own a Seagull S6+ that has FS ink pad stamp on it which I knew when I got it was a Factory Second, this guitar has it typed in the description. When I emailed Godin the second time I told them that it didn't make sense, they wrote back and said that is model is actually a LTD run with the stain and a Artist neck. That's what I know about the guitar. See the pictures of the Performer label and the S6+. Plenty of pictures upon request, photobucket is a nightmare! Would like to sell this locally in Visalia CA if possible to avoid PP fees and shipping cost. Looking for $450.00 cash and carry. The guitar comes with a Taylor case that is in very good shape. Please ask any questions you have. Thanks. I was asked if I would ship the guitar, yes I can. $525 shipped and PP to the 48 CONUS ONLY. http://imgur.com/a/mkTtZ

It's a beauty. Did you post over at the Acoustic Guitar Cabin? That forum was started by Seagull fans.

That's a very curious combination ... if it has solid maple back and sides, then it's not a great deal different from the maple/sitka Seagull Artist Cameo, but while the "flying seagull" inlay at the 12th fret is definitely indicative of an artist model, the word "Artist" on the head stock is absent. Also, the Artist Cameo model would have come from the factory with the Quantum II (QII) electronics and this one has the QI which came on the Performer models. I am still a bit suspicious of the "FS" included in the serial number because whether stamped or simply typed as part of the number, "FS" is the official designation for a Godin factory second. There is no stigma attached to Factory Seconds from Godin and they are not a down-grade because they are usually simply a minor cosmetic issue. In this case one wonders if there was a just mix-up with the neck during assembly that brought about the "FS" designation. Who knows? I know that Michel at Godin is wonderful about answering questions, but he doesn't always have a completely accurate answer, because sometimes the answer just isn't known to anyone.
