I don't think there is any way to compare it to another builder. Each luthier has his own unique sound. It sounds like a Goodall. That's the best way to describe it.

There are lots of recordings of many different Goodalls on YouTube. Some are very good. There's a similarity amongst them. The OPs (very fairly priced) Goodall surely shares the beautiful tones that can be heard on YouTube.

It certainly does, with perhaps a little more crispness because of the Adirondack top.
