Here is an easy Blues Shuffle in the key of A This is straight forward 12 bar blues. As a review, the 12 bar blues look like this: I 4 bars. 16 beats IV 2 bars. 8 beats I. 2 bars. 8 beats V. 1 bar. 4 beats IV. 1 bar. 4 beats I. 2 bars. 8 beats For this lesson: the I chord is A, the IV chord is D and the 5 chord is E. The chords are just 2 notes (strings) each. The root is always the open string and your index finger is playing the note on the second fret. Your ring finger is always playing the note on the 4th fret, also with the root note open.
