For just a set up?

Dogwood Guitars (an actual luthier and I believe a forum sponsor)
Bentley Guitars in Parkville (good shop with good tech)
KC Guitar repair
Bradford and Franzke
Wendler
Mass Street Music in Lawrence, if you don't mind the drive.

I can second Mass Street music.
Of course it depends on where you are in the metro.

I'm a KU alum and "third" this recommendation. Great place. I get to re-visit after ten years, this May.

I was born in KC and still get down to visit about once a year. Each trip I make time to drive to Lawrence to visit Jim at Mass Street Music, go by the Raven Bookstore, then have dinner and a couple of beers at the Free State Brewery.

It's a nice town, and Mass Street Music is definitely the only truly world class music store anywhere within a five or six hour drive.

I also recommend Mass Street.

I was on the verge of selling my OMJM but they recommended a setup and it felt like a completely different guitar. It made me love it again.

Mass Street is a class act and their staff is knowledgeable and friendly.

Heck yeah! I trusted Mass Street with a neck reset on my '67 D-28 a few years ago. They have a first rate repair shop. I'm in Arkansas now, but still go back if I have a repair issue.
