Default Need tool to slow down .MOV videos

When taking lessons, I record my instructor using my iPhone and then download on my PC back home.

What's a good tool that runs on windows to slow down the video (.MOV) without changing the pitch?

Thanks,

Transcribe! works great, but Mac only. It leverages quicktime's support for this, I think.

Correction, Transcribe! seems to be available on winodws as well, now. I'd check to be sure it handles video on windows the same as it does on the Mac.

I downloaded the trial version of Transcribe, and it works great!

It's easy to use, has great audio and video quality, and it's easy to loop a particular section.

Perfect. Thanks.

Transcribe is great, and is easy.
You can also use Reaper, if you have it. Insert media item, show video window, change the BPM.
Note, it can have issues if the quicktime is large, but I suspect transcribe would too.
