What type of jig do you prefer to rout body binding?

I recently used a jig similar to this one:



This worked like a dream. I've use a jig that follows the sides, but with very disappointing results. Redid it with the jig above, and it took me far less time and it produced a fantastic result! There's a jig manufacturer in Holland that makes these and it happenes to be a friend, so I know it's quality work. I've been thinking of building the one at Hawley guitars. I'm also building his drumsander, so this is just icing on the cake..

I use a jig similar in function to the one developed by Harry Fleishman, only because in this case I get a better feel moving the tool into the wood, not the other way around.

It's a variation of the old Larrivee/apprentices jig.

I bought this one from Chris Ensor. It is very similar to those other jigs, except this one has an adjustable dumbbell and guide rather than having several different dumbbell sizes that you have to switch out to adjust the cut.
