TC Play Acoustic Hit button ?
Just purchased a TC Helicon Play Acoustic and have a question.
When the Hit switch is activated and lit , it adds whatever effect that it is set on . I understand that much. But when the hit button is not activated or lit up , is there any vocal processing being added ? If so what is being added ? Thanks |

It adds whatever processing is set to on. An effect can be on, off, or hit.

As you scroll through each effect, there is an option on the menu screen (Bottom right if I recall) for that effect to be ON (Always on regardless of HIT switch), OFF (Always off regardless of HIT switch) and HIT (Only on when HIT is lit).

Remember to save your changes though - otherwise the next time you turn on the box it will revert back to the default. Just press the save button, and if you want to save it the same place press the save button again.

Dunno if you bought it used without a manual, but if needed, the Quick Start Guide and the Manual are here:
