Default Harmony Central iRig Acoustic Stage Review

For those of us who've had our "issues" with internal mics, this Harmony Central review by Craig Anderton puts a finger on what makes the iRig Acoustic Stage a somewhat different animal (the DSP preamp and calibration procedure) from previous internal mics.

Its been my experience (as a player) and observation (as a soundman) that internal mics can work well in some guitars and be problematic in others. Its nice to see an attempt being made to provide a more consistent (and less user dependent) positive outcome. With the iRig Acoustic Solo, it appears that the DSP does the EQ adjustments (when needed) for the user.
