One of the last vestiges of primordial “Great America”…There’s no doubt he has political opinions, but I’m focused more on his legacy as an extension of Emerson, Thoreau and Whitman…the guys who defined the “American Spirit”…. A sense of daring, community, personal responsibility and connection to nature.”
