BabyTaylor-M
My 6 year old seems more comfortable with my Taylor BabyM than a guitarlele
(guitalele (sometimes spelled guitarlele or guilele) is a guitar-ukulele hybrid,[1] that is, "a 1/4 size" guitar, a cross between a classical guitar and a tenor ukulele.) made by Yamaha we got him. I think its because the BabyM has a pretty narrow neck compared to the Guitalele. Just my 2 pennys worth, hope it helps. p.s I like th GS Mini as well, great little guitars that will last your sone longer than the BabyM (I think)
