What does it say on the truss rod cover on the headstock there? Is there a sticker inside the guitar's sound hole with any information like model and serial number?

My best guess is a 70's Fender F series (with an aftermarket pickguard maybe?)
.

I no longer have it, its long gone, just would like to find one like it since it was my first gutiar. . I dont think they guy who owned would be the type of person who would put an aftermarket pickguard on it and im not sure what it says on the truss rod cover. ........i remember it being a two peice back tho. with a inlay down the middle of the back. ......dark wood, so im guessing rose wood.
