Default Great Deal on Soundseat with extras In Central California

Sold Pending Funds to a buyer from S. Lake Tahoe. We are supposed to meet today.

I looked into shipping this, but it's way too much money. So this is in the Central California area. Fresno to Sacramento or anywhere in California if someone is willing to drive.

I love this soundseat. It's the most comfortable seat I've ever sat on for playing the guitar. I recently started playing the piano much more and I tried to use it for the piano, but I determined I needed a professional piano bench instead. A new Jenson bench costs around 500 dollars.

Before I bought the piano bench, I tried to make the Soundseat work and bought extras to try and get things right. In the end I found I need a solid bench to play the piano.

So this Soundseat comes with both standard and mid back. 2 chrome gas lifts (small and large), chrome bar, both small and big casters, and glides (the glides look white because I put felts on the bottom of them and that's what you're seeing). The Soundseat has a polished aluminum base and chrome foot rest. Everything was purchased from Soundseat directly by me. They are an awesome company and I wouldn't hesitate to buy another one of these in the future (I probably will). Also, I'm a small statured individual. 5.9 155lbs. So the seat hasn't been stressed.

This is over 500.00 dollars worth of gear. The price for everything is 200.00

PM if interested.

God Bless,
David

What a deal! I would buy it in a heartbeat! Are you sure you don't want to ship it?

I'd like to ship it, but UPS quoted me almost 300 dollars and USPS was around 170 bucks.

Hopefully someone locally is in need of one and can enjoy it.

God bless,
David

If you do decide to ship it, I would definitely buy it. I have a couple employee's at a remote office in San Clemente - is that close?

Also Fedex is the cheapest for heavy shipments - I shipped heavy stuff and its always best with them

San Clemente is in Southern California around 400 miles away from me. It's just not practical for me to ship it cost wise. If I wanted 200 dollars I'd have to charge 400 for the Soundseat to cover the shipping cost. You can by a new one for that cost (without the extras).

God Bless,
David

Understood. I had to ship a very heavy box (an entire outdoor pool liner that weighed over 100 pounds. USPS wouldn't touch it, UPS was outrageous. Fedex is the cheapest - strangely they are the best deal for heavy objects, but going across country is probably still prohibitive.

FedEx is who Bretta Baker uses at SoundSeat. I wouldn't worry about shipping it; you'll sell it at this price, no problem. It's just a matter of time.

Used Soundseats for sale are rare - people like them that much! Someone is going to get a great deal here, even if they have to do a bit of driving to pick it up.

David - I'm on the central coast (Pismo Beach area). I'll take it - I'll PM you to arrange things.

Just a suggestion....

I purchased a Herman Miller Aeron chair and had it shipped to me via Greyhound Bus 12 years ago, or so. It arrived without damage and I picked it up at the bus station.

I don't remember what the cost was, but it was reasonable.
