Lawrence Juber's version is along these lines, but I think he is in DADGAD tuning making it a real learning adventure.

Rick, looking for that Juber book reminded me of a song I learned about eight or nine years ago that I really, really, like - Doyle Dykes - "Self Portrait on Acoustic Guitar". Here is Doyle playing it.

Eric Roche did an arrangement also in DADGAD

Pete Huttlinger has an arrangement that has a lot in common with what Gabriella is playing in your link. Standard tuning and a lot of the same chord shapes.
