Brass guitar!
Any Ibanez collectors here?

Obviously, you couldn't even try to play a gig with that guitar while standing...but even sitting, that's like having a 10 year-old child sitting in your lap the whole time...
Also, if playing a bass guitar makes you a bass guitarist, does playing a brass guitar make you a brass guitarist?

If I had $25k to spend on a guitar it wouldn't be a 76 pounder.

Bet that thing has some serious sustain!
I've seen solid aluminum Stratocaster bodies that weighed 15 pounds |

Someone produced a granite-bodied guitar as well... Dunno if they still make 'em.
My resonator has a brass body (not solid, thankfully!) and it's plenty heavy. |

I remember seeing this in Guitar Player of the same year.
