Need help/info for Peterson Strobostomp!
Hey guys, I'm looking for a Tuner that has a built in DI that can run off phantom power. THe only two I could find are the Baggs Venue (overkill and pricey) and the Peterson Strobostomp VSS-C Classic.
However, the Strobostomps manual says it's DI can be powered via phantom. It's not entirely clear to me that the whole pedal/DI can be powered via phantom through the XLR though..? Or am I just being silly? Why does the Power Supply section in the manual not mention that phantom is an option? Manual link: http://76.12.22.162/media/pdf/Strobo...al_English.pdf Please help, especially owners of this pedal. Thanks!

Only the active DI section can be phantom powered but not the tuner.
Also, the Venue DI cannot be phantom powered according to the manual AL |

THank you. Much obliged.
They should make that clear in the manual, they seem to dance around the issue there

The Sonic Nuance TDI stompbox has a phantom powered tuner. But it is expensive...
