Default X7 Elixir string set?

Hi all, my friend Kay is wanting to change the strings on her X7. I have just spent half an hour doing searches and am now confused as to what size Elixir strings I should get for her.
What set of Elixirs do you have on your X7.
Thanks...XT.

I agree with jdinco, . . . Elixir Nanoweb Light gauge work nicely on my X7.

I use both 80/20 bronze as well as phosphor bronze, . . . light gauge in both.

Another Elixir PB Nanoweb light user. Nice balanced tone, comfortable on the fingers, and they last for several months.

I for some reason I were to put Elixirs on my X-7...

I would use Elixir Nano PB Lights.

Mine has either EXP-16's or EJ-16s though (Phosphor Bronze Lights) can't recall which I put on.

The D'Addario's that came on the X7 sounded very good, but were a bit too stiff for my old fingers. Certainly worth a try for anyone that can handle them.

Thanks very much fellers.
It just so happens I have a set of nano pb lights that I had intended for a little project guitar I'm going to work on when I get a bit of spare time but they can go on Kays X7 instead!

Disclaimer: I haven't tried the Elixers. I'm a fingerpicker, so my right hand influences gauge more than my left hand or my ears. I have an X7 and an X7 nylon. I use Martin Retro Custom Lights MM11 11-52 on the steel string. The best sound for me is Martin Retro Light Medium Laurence Juber's Choice MLJ13 light-medium 13-56, but my picking hand can't handle it. The MM11s still sound good.

My favorite sounding string on the X7 is the Elixir 12-56. Unfortunately my right hand doesn't like them while my ears do so I use the Elixir light 80/20 or the Elixir light PBs.
