Although doesn't Titebond still soak in plenty? or is that reduced because of the wood you used in the rosette?

Thanks Mark!!
The glue doesn’t soak into Koa much, it’ the black going into the white Holly that’s the problem. Expoxy tends to heat up when setting which seems to accelerate soaking. Titebond just doesn’t heat up. Soaking the Holly in ca helps too!

I have never had anyone say that about one of my guitars before, I love it!
Thanks John

Default Love those rosewood necks

The Lullaby guitar went through the weekend strung up and the neck didn't move one iota. You gotta love a rosewood neck!
They feel great and are as stiff as can be. So I made the Macassar Ebony tuner buttons and the went ahead and made the permanent bone saddle.
I even took some pictures;

I'll try to get a sound clip up but, I don't have much time as this should be ready to ship first thing next week.

Thanks for viewing!

Wow, Mark...an absolutely stunning work. The Carter redwood has an awesome artifact look about it. I can't wait to hear her sing!

Well I can tell you she has a great voice! I’m hoping to have a sound clip made this weekend.

Thanks! We were going for Goldilocks bling, not too much, not too little.

Thank you! This model has been quite popular for me since I added it to my line. It’s definitely the snuggliest which made it a shoe in for a lullaby guitar!

Thanks for all the comments!

Mark,
I...
Can't...
Catch...
My...
Breath...
when I look at your builds!

I don't comment here in the Custom Build section much; it seems redundant masochism to rise from the floor after fainting and try to type praise
We have so many extraordinary builders presenting here!
YOU are an artist, Mark.
