Default Very nice!

This latest edition is breathtakingly beautiful. Everything about this nylon Greta speaks of class, and the koa on the sides is unlike any I have seen. I have enjoyed the build threads on every Hatcher guitar that have been posted over the past few years. Thank you for allowing us to enjoy these build threads. They are fascinating to me!

Default Perfection

I just have to say it again, that guitar is unbelievably beautiful. When I try to explain the sides, I have said it looks like the grain was liquid and it was poured over the guitar and left to run down the sides. I agree with the one piece neck as well, the wood is the bling on this guitar. If it sounds as good as it looks....well there are not words.

Thank-you very much gotgas,

I feel fortunate to work with such wonderful materials.
I'm glad you enjoy my efforts

Thanks TomB'sox,

I think it does sound as good as it looks. I'm planning to have a recording session this weekend but as morning breaks I'm watching a wonderful snow coming down. Mike Neverisky, who has been playing for my recordings, lives on the other side of the mountain so our session will likely be delayed.

It is snowing on my mountain this morning too and my heat is out, so if it were me getting to play that wonderful Greta AND staying warm, I would walk over the mountain if I had to....

Well TomB'sox it doesn't look like you're all that far away. Anytime you'd like to come out and see what I do here give me a call!

My shop is only a mile out of our town, Peterborough. My wife (Karen) and I spent 5 years town shopping in New Hampshire before we landed on this one.
I'd highly recommend it as the quinscential New England town to explore!

Default Nylon Hybrid Greta

Mike made it over the snowy mountain this morning and we had a recording session with the nylon hybrid Greta. I'll put together several clips but, I just finished this first one up to share:

Thanks Trevor B. and TomB'sox!

I'll try to get another two more clips up to show a little more range.

Thanks Again,
Mark

Default Additional Video Sound Clips

Here are the additional video sound clips I promised:

Thanks for following along. I hope you enjoy these and perhaps are inspired to take a harder look at the possibilities a nylon stringed guitar offer.
