Um...No he didn't. His original post didn't mention a brand, and his only OTHER post mentioned finding a Martin for sale. For all we know he's looking at this guitar, sight unseen, but thinks he MUST get a Martin because all the Martin people here think NOTHING else will do. I hope he has more guitar testing in his search than just a post in these forums.

The point was supposed to be that you don't HAVE to buy a given brand 'cause you are going to buy a dreadnaught. Shop around. You might be surprised.
