A lot of us seem to hit that wall somewhere around the 3-month mark. Earlier for some, later for others, but there's something about that 3-month mark.
After that, well, bad days do recur ... but they also go away. Sometimes (not always, no guarantee) they leave a gift, in the form of a leap in advancement. Whenever they come, whatever they leave behind ... they're normal.
