Don't know if it's the only but it's a cool one, the burst on a dread just works.

Beautiful. Wanted one from LA Guitars, but bought the much cheaper studio version.

I haven't seen the burst finish RainSongs in real life. Is the back burst, too or solid?

Hi Curt,

I looked at our records a bit, and it appears that your instrument is the only CO-DR1000NST thus far. We have made other Concert Series dreadnaughts, but at this time, yours is the only one to feature the 12-fret NS neck and tobacco burst finish.

Thanks!

Dave

That's a Heavyduty SCORE there. Congrats. The Dred is my favorite body, and in a Parlor size is interesting. Wonder how it sounds compared to the standard Dred. Love the sunburst but I have a "traditional" bias to the Black Sunburst, which is strange to have a "traditional" bias when you're talking about Composite Guitars.
Take care of that Jewel.

Congrats Curt!

I would have sworn we had one in the store like this but if you bought it new recently than I guess not. BTW, We've sold a number of 12-Fret Dreadnoughts and they are amazing. In fact I ordered a Black Ice 12-Fret (BI-DR1100NS) for myself a year or so ago that has been a loyal companion. It ha kept me company on our boat during the summer, and on the local ski resort in the winter while I wait for Helene to get tired. I love this guitar so much I chose it for the cover photo for our Rainsong landing page on our new website being launched next month. Here it is.
