Online guitar courses?
I really liked the Learn and Master DVD series. It was more structurally organized than Jamplay (in my opinion) and it really starts with the basics.

I started playing guitar 9 month ago. Most of the time I am working out of town and I always take my guitar with me so I can practice and play anytime.
