I like Pete's channel a lot. He's such a great player and is good with the gear as well.

I enjoyed that - thanks for posting. Lots of good information on recording, EQing etc acoustic guitar. I've watched a few of his electric guitar demos and instructional videos - he's a killer player.

I have to admit thought that the video felt like a bit of a shill for UAD products. Could he have mentioned UAD a few more times !? Maybe the video originally came from the UAD website?

While I suppose he could be some kind of official "endorser" it is just as likely he is simply a big fan. (one thing I have noticed in many of his video's is he does not hesitate to name which specific gear he likes and uses and why... which I like ) Not to mention that UAD's DSP plug in system, is considered to be among the best plugin sounds available by hobbyists and pro's alike.
I do not use them but have heard them used in studio's and they are indeed very very good.
